With over a decade of experience in digital consulting and solution design, I specialise in implementing automation strategies that streamline business processes and drive measurable results. I’ve led automation assessments and deployments across finance, retail, and public sector clients, utilising technologies like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Microsoft Power Platform. My work has consistently delivered ROI through operational efficiency, reduced manual effort, and accelerated service delivery.
As Head of Operations and Change at Robiquity, I led international market expansions into the US and Egypt, restructured operations, and managed cross-border teams. I was responsible for HR, compliance, P&L ownership, and the implementation of KPIs that ensured consistent global performance. I’ve driven cultural change and cross-functional collaboration in high-growth, high-complexity environments.
My leadership approach is grounded in data. Whether defining CRM KPIs in sales roles or operational SLAs in delivery organisations, I’ve used data to reduce inefficiency, improve decision-making, and guide change. I have a strong foundation in front-end development (e.g. at The Co-operative Group), media production, and internal communications. I’ve created graphics, videos, onboarding portals, and presentations that support internal operations and external sales, blending technical content with narrative clarity.
