I specialise in solving complex business challenges through innovative solutions, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation.

I created this site to share the projects I’m working on and the achievements I’m most proud of.

Currently, I’m an Account Executive at Ciptex, where I drive sales strategy, optimise deal structures, and support digital transformation initiatives across various industries. Prior to this, I was Head of Operations and Change at Robiquity, leading international market expansion, operational restructuring, and the development of a flagship online training solution.

With experience spanning digital transformation, automation, and commercial strategy, I’ve worked across the UK, North America, and MENA regions, delivering scalable solutions and enabling businesses to operate more effectively.

Earlier in my career, I was the Digital Lead at Curium Solutions, supporting the development of PXP, a digital platform enhancing change and training services worldwide.

In 2018, I was nominated for Future Face of Technology and Innovation in Birmingham and contributed to a West Midlands Business of the Year 2018 award-winning team.
